I noticed some wear in the bathroom. The bed wasn't especially comfortable either. We could leave our luggage, but there wasn't enough space in the room to store them, a small issue. The staff wasn't helpful with that

the receptionist was helpful informing me about the early availability of my room upon my arrival. i received clear instructions regarding apartment entry. the location offered excellent access to the el born area and the gothic quarter. it was also close to the metro station.

the bed sheets had a few stains on them on more than one occasion, so they looked dirty despite being clean. the air conditioner did not function. the sink was almost clogged and filled up very quickly. i also found it initially hard to locate the hotel as it occupies a floor within a residential building.

I found the location fabulous. Access to beaches and the gothic quarter was very easy. The rooms included modern design and were very clean. It seemed like such a dream. The staff offered kindness and provided needed information.

I noticed THE bedding had a few stains on the sheets and pillowcases.

The receptionist informed us of our room availability early on arrival day. Instructions for apartment entry were clearly communicated. It was a thoughtful touch. Staff members were very helpful and kind . I was thankful for this.

The hotel is only a few steps from Barcelonetta, Bario Born, and Gotico. The location is opposite the port, so it's easy to get to the beach. The location offers convenient access to El Born and the Gothic area.
